Background
After building hundreds of custom tools for clients, we decided to build one for ourselves. At Creme Digital, we’re always refining how we work from project strategy to delivery but no existing platform truly fit our workflow. Tools like Asana or Notion were powerful yet complex, forcing us to adapt to their systems. So we built our own AI-powered platform that automates project scoping, sprint setup, and task creation, freeing our team to focus on what matters most: building exceptional products.
Challenges
We didn’t want another management tool. We wanted a system that understood how our agency works: how we plan, communicate, and deliver. The challenge was designing a platform that could interpret project goals and turn them into structured sprints without human input. It needed intelligent scoping to understand briefs, automated sprint planning to populate tasks and timelines, and adaptive logic that learns from every project. And because it powers our daily workflow, it had to be smooth: no extra setup or steps.
Outcome
The result is our own AI engine. An internal platform at the core of how our agency operates. When a new project starts, it instantly generates full scopes with goals and deliverables, breaks them into user stories, and populates sprint boards with tasks and timelines. What once took hours now takes minutes. Over time, it learns from every build, refining priorities, predicting next steps, and keeping sprints consistent. It hasn’t replaced people but rather amplified them. What began as an internal experiment became one of our biggest efficiency gains, reshaping how we build for clients and ourselves.
