Background
We helped Ratio craft a distinctive brand identity by cultivating a balance of simplicity and strength. By infusing such characteristics, we transformed Ratio’s product and customer experience while helping them achieve a modernized and recognizable look.



Challenges
Similar competition in the space had slow, blocky, and confusing experiences - making it difficult and redundant to update. We wanted to separate Ratio from its competitors, utilizing specific strategies that would optimize their platform. By integrating multiple API’s, users are able to pay and get paid through their bank account, credit card, or cheque, achieving the fastest and most intuitive processing available on the market.

Outcome
Our engagement helped Ratio create their product in a tenth of the time, at a tenth of the cost, without sacrificing any UI/UX functionality. Because of this, Ratio was able to cost-effectively launch their MVP and test, validate, and hypothesize their market faster than ever before. This enabled Ratio to raise $2 million, building their internal team, and positioning the product to a wider Canadian market.
